
Derrick Castle is a talented illustrator from Nashville TN. I stumbled across Derrick’s work on dribbble and really liked his tattoo infused illustration style. Wood block carvings are tight. You can get your hands on his prints at his etsy store or wear his art at big cartel.

Lei Melendres (aka Leight) is a talented illustrator from the Philippines who doodles like a boss. His work really inspires me to doodle more frequently and work on my handmade type skills. There is so much detail in his work, I pull something new out almost every time I take a look.

Marie Caudry, a French illustrator, has a way with images that makes me want to close my eyes and start dreaming of knights and whales and awesomeness. I love the intricacies of the linework next to the simplicity of shapes. In short: RAD. Storytelling finesse.

Ross Brugink is a Graphic Designer + Illustrator currently working in Minneapolis. He has some really awesome posters that leverage current trends while still “Bruggink’ing” them out to look original. The poster that first caught my eye was his “ArtCrank” poster. The mix of mechanical parts, symmetry, print press look and colors just kills it for me. Check out his full portfolio here.

Meet Mr. Josh Evans, pen slanger extraordinaire. Josh’s site is crazy interesting to roll through as he couples each piece with a plain, straightforward, single sentence explanation of each piece.
