¡Oh! ¡Un zig-zag! is a new little book by Spanish designer and illustrator Antonio Ladrillo. Twelve double page illustrations talking about the color and the shape. Basic color and simple geometrical shapes turned into characters that reflect through a simple text about their condition. ‘We are lines!’, ‘We are curves!’

I have no capacity for motion design/animation so I’ve naturally got mad respect for those who do. Joel Lazano is a freelance designer/animator hailing from Barcelona who has a nice, slick vintage design inspired style that translates super well to animation. Frank Plant is an American scultpor living + working in Barcelona. He “draws steel”, that is, he reinvents simple line drawings as sometimes massive steel sculptures. Very cool.
