I really like Anna Conway’s work. It’s quiet; almost Wyeth like.

In trying to find more of her stuff online, I stumbled across the Painters NYC blog. It’s a nondescript site with little emphasis placed on the displaying the work. What it does have however is extensive comments & discussion on each posted painting. You can see the discussion on one of Anna Conway’s paintings here. Personally, I think online critiques such as this tends to result in mostly negative discussions; which begs the question of whether the internet is really conducive to truthful discussion… Thoughts?
