These are incredible! I saw them first, just now, in the Communication Arts magazine. I was just flipping through the book; everything seemed so bland and boring (partly because I’ve been feeling down and depressed). Then I saw Doug Pedersen’s art. There were four pieces, on page 93. They just stuck out above the rest. So beautiful. Such an excellent use of space. Like magic. I really like this kind of art, personally, but it really just has such an objective, powerful presence on each page. Well done! I think I want to cut these out of the magazine and put them in little frames at home, just for decoration, because they look so good. It just seems like there is life and emotion in these. I’m instantly a fan.
